Collab Training is an Auckland-based business offering strength and fitness training for both adults and youth. We believe strength training is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or ability. Our approach is consistent across all clients: we help you find safe, effective exercises that align with your goals, then guide you to progress them sensibly over time, working at the highest sustainable intensity each week.

Collab Youth Training Programme (Helensville) 

Collab Youth Training Programme, based in Helensville, focuses on introducing and developing general strength and conditioning for young people. Sessions are limited to a maximum of five participants and are grouped by age to ensure appropriate training.

We offer three membership options, allowing for 1–3 training sessions per week. Sessions are scheduled across various days and times to suit different needs and availability.

Our qualified trainers also hold certifications in nutrition and provide optional nutrition support for all participants.
